  • For collection by arrangement: you must call 3 working days in advance. The switchboard is open at the times shown above.

  • There is a free minibus service to the departures terminal. 
  • The representative will wait for you for 30 minutes (maximum) after the agreed time.
Important
  • The representative will wait for you for 1 hour (maximum) after your actual flight arrival time and for 30 minutes beyond the time s/he is due to meet you. 
  • If you change your flight or the time at which you are to be met, you must inform the representative so that s/he will know when to meet you.

By Car

From Zurich

  • Follow the signs to Winterthur, Schaffhausen, Kloten Airport.
  • Exit 64 Berne, Basel, Airport.
  • Exit 63 Bulach, Airport.
  • Take the A51 for 5 km.
  • Take exit 5 to Kloten airport.
  • Take direction Bassersdorf via Steinacker Str.
From Schaffhausen:
  • Take the A4/E41 going to Zurich, Winterthur.
  • Take exit 70 Zurich.
  • Drive along the A1/E41/E60 for 16 km.
  • Take exit 66.
  • Follow the signposts to Bassersdorf.
