- Every day, 5.00am to midnight
- On arrival, use the Transcausse courtesy telephone: Hall 1 (International Arrivals), opposite the Information Desk. HALL 3/4 (Domestic Arrivals), opposite the Information Desk. The representative will meet you. There is a free shuttle service to the reception centre (900 m).
- For collection by arrangement : you must call 3 working days in advance. The switchboard is open at the times shown above.

- Every day, 5.00am to 22.00pm.
- You must telephone to make an appointment 3 working days in advance. The switchboard is open at the times shown above.
- Address for vehicle return: Reception Office above (if possible unload your luggage in the Departures area).
- There is a free shuttle service to the departures terminal.
- The representative will wait for you for 30 minutes (maximum) after the agreed time.

- The representative will wait for you for 1 hour (maximum) after your actual flight arrival time and for 30 minutes beyond the time s/he is due to meet you.
- If you change your flight or the time at which you are to be met, you must inform the representative so that s/he will know when to meet you.

- D20e secondary road towards Marignane.
