- From Monday to Friday - 7.00am to 9.00pm. Saturdays - 8.00am to 12.00am. Sundays and public holidays* - 8.00am to 9.00pm.
- You must telephone to make an appointment 3 working days in advance. The switchboard is open at the times shown above.
- Address for vehicle return: Reception Desk located in the “CAR RENTAL PARK” car park. When you come into the airport area, keep left and follow the CAR RENTAL RETURN signs (first left after the bridge). Park the vehicle in a EUROPCAR space.
- The representative will wait for you for 30 minutes (maximum) after the agreed time.

- The representative will wait for you for 1 hour (maximum) after your actual flight arrival time and for 30 minutes beyond the time s/he is due to meet you.
- If you change your flight or the time at which you are to be met, you must inform the representative so that s/he will know when to meet you.
